ALL SALES ARE FINAL, however if needed sales can be cancelled prior to shipping.

EXCEPTIONS:

• While I make sure to package your book securely, if product arrives damaged, please provide documentation (photos) via email at Sarah@SarahAdina.com as well as time to process your request. In the case of books, I will ask you to send back the damaged book so I can send you a new one. There may be a delay in receipt of your new book if I am out of inventory, and have to wait on more to arrive, however if this happens I will be sure to let you know. 
• In the case of damaged artwork, return shipping is not needed; just email photo documentation to the above email and I will print and send new artwork as soon as possible.
• Lost packages. If for some unfortunate reason your mail is lost and never delivered, again, please communicate with me via email so we can resolve the problem.
